# STRATEGY EXPLAINATION
A 15 mana match gives you 2 choices either a strong monster that can attack and defense or a few small monster for defense and attack. I choose the first option and since my Focus of the day is water and Djinn Oshannus is one of the best option amongst the water deck, the only downside to me is that i think the magic attack of Djinn Oshannus is too low however maybe Splinterland give this monster high HP of 11 and speed of 5 to make up for the low attack flaws. Most of the times Djinn Oshannus is able to tank the damages either by its ability / high speed / high HP but what i think for this match with all this attribute most probably will not give me a win for this battle. So i added a great aid which is a healer Merdaali Guardian to the lineup into this match for a boost of my Djinn Oshannus to perform better. Upon this setup i am guessing that the opponent might have a Opportunity / Sneak monster which will take down my Merdaali Guardian in no time before any heal take place so i added in a 0 mana monster at the slot after Merdaali Guardian to protect Merdaali Guardian instead of putting it at the first slot which i normally will do. I choose Djinn Oshannus hoping that opponent will not be using any Void or summoners that will lessen magic attack, since the last few matches of the Opponent is using a Fire Deck so i assume he will do it again and most people that play fire deck will tend to use Opportunity / Sneak and my Torrent Fiend will be a good extra tank either for the front or back of the team after consideration the healer plays an important role in this match so i use it at the back.
Into the game the opponent is using a totally different strategy from me while summoning many small monsters but what i am right is an opportunity monster is really there and i am gald that i have Torrent Fiend in place to absorb the damage if not my Merdaali Guardian won't even be able to Heal my Djinn Oshannus at all and that heal is quite critical to this match as i only have my Djinn Oshannus to take down all the opponent monsters. If at round 3 my Djinn Oshannus did not receive the heal most probably it will be down already judging from the melee attack of opponent monsters
# Did your strategy really works?
I will say my strategy works well to a certain extend only. Firstly i sort of guess right the deck and either an opportunity / Sneak monster will be present in the opponent team, in addition i put the Torrent Fiend in the back to protect my healer. However the opponent are mostly using level 1 monster and only a lv 2 Living Lava so i am not very sure if most of the opponent monster are in level 2 will this strategy work. In general a level 1 is able to beat a higher level opponent if his strategy works well.
# Liking for Djinn Oshannus❤️❤️
I personally do like Djinn Oshannus by a huge amount, all of its attributes is good only the disadvantage of low attack. Especially when you meet monsters/summoners that are against magic attack your Djinn Oshannus will be at a huge disadvantage and not able to perform at all and waiting for death. What i think is use Djinn Oshannus wisely and couple it with some aiding monsters will be a good choice to win the match.
