Hii friends, I joined steemit 7 days ago. I posted a few posts and I'm giving upvote people's posts and welcoming them.
And also asking them to follow me and following them back.
 I'm  posting some new posts also meanwhile. 
Is this step of mine correct way to increase my steem power.
