One of my skills is the art of breadmaking.  That is the art of making bread and see the magic that is achieved by joining flour, water, yeast and salt, let stand and achieve a fantastic result when baking

This art requires knowledge to achieve the desired objective according to the texture you are looking for, if you want a hard shell or a soft bread, it will depend on the techniques you apply and the ingredients to successfully achieve the results.


If we use water, yeast and salt and natural sourdough techniques we will achieve a bread with a hard crust and open crumbs, if you want a soft crust, use enriched ingredients such as eggs, fat (butter, oil, margarine), milk.  You can also play with flavors, colors, give it your personal touch by adding nuts, cereals and others.

Who does not like a loaf of bread. 
This art has given me the satisfaction of being a multiplier of my knowledge, thus training people who have created a source of income to support their families.

I came to love this art, because it gives me a lot of satisfaction on a personal level, allowing me to generate income, meet people, besides keeping my mind busy, for me making bread is therapeutic.
