Some zoom and macro shots.
Here are some of my zoom and macro shots taken today. Photo number 1.

Oh yes, you can see the ocean in the distance and I wanted to focus on one of the beachfront buildings. Right from where I was standing in the photo above.

A friend, in fact a veteran Tsuvian like me, @tengolotodo recently bought the same Canon camera that I have. So I decided to give him some pointers, as it is a great camera once one gets used to it. The camera's zoom outperforms most other camera's without very expensive telescopic lenses.
4 of us have the same camera now, me, @joanstewart, @porters and now @tengolotodo, that I know of, but there might be more as a few others have asked me about the camera before.

In any case I wanted to focus on a beachfront building with the zoom.
Here is photo number 2.

I got this little masked wonder high up in a palm tree. Also on the zoom.

Okay this is now my third Canon Powershot camera, as my first camera ever was a used Canon Powershot SX450 that I bought in 2002. It took some brilliant photos, but I have always wanted to get big and clear moon shots and the 450's zoom was too short.
So then by chance I walked into a camera shop in a mall to get some batteries for the 450 when I saw a big and clear moon photo on the wall.
The detail read that it was taken with a Canon Powershot SX60S Bridge camera and I was instantly going to buy one as they had just been released and the shop was already out of stock. All sold out.

Just as well as I would have squeezed myself into debt if they had one. So I placed an order and I had time to save up for one. The rest is history and I used the SX60HS until it's end of days. 98% of the photos on my blog were taken with the SX60HS.
I saw the breakdown coming and bought the new SX70 about two years ago, but I stashed it away until the SX60 finally gave up the ghost a few weeks ago.
The new SX7O is much lighter and it has more tricks, but thankfully the zoom is the same as you can see in the photos here.
So that's the story of me and my camera.

And That's All Friends.

Hope that you have enjoyed the story and the photos.
