@musclegirlfusion has been a wonderful contributor here on the #gratefulvibes challenge.  In her comments she confided how she has blogged on other platforms and that Steemit offers the best "community" she has found. And that here on Steemit she is comfortable expressing her thoughts and feelings. In yesterday's amazing post she tells how she overcame weight and body issues that have been with her since childhood.  And that the last few years have been a time of mental and physical growth, transforming her into a confident & fit young woman who found her niche in fitness and body building. Jake feels called to go into mission work. He has been accepted for a position with Youth with a Mission ([YWAM link](https://ywammadison.org/jakewhitemarsh/)).  Jake is now fund-raising for his mission work here in the US and in Africa.  He has a huge heart for helping others discover who they are in Jesus Christ.

The Gratitude Journal that @cabelindsay started runs for the month of November.  It is open to all and includes Steem incentives for participants.  One thing that is emphasised, all of us may actively give and receive the gift that is gratitude. WWH2H is a Christian Ministry in Honduras that includes a orphanage, a bi-lingual school, and a medical clinic.
