I recently moved, and my new neighbor is 86 year old and a retired truck driver who now sits in a wheelchair.. 

Then a couple of weeks ago i noticed his dog was barking all day - then at night his bark changed and my dog reacted strongly to it.. 

So I decided to check it out..

No one answered when i knocked on the door - so I called the landlord and told him to bring a spare key... 

We went inside and he wasn't there?

I called the hospital and found him there, they told me he had fallen when out shopping.. 

His dog had been home alone for more than 24 hours :-(

So I took care off his dog for the next 8 days until he came home from the hospital and since that, his dog and my dog ( the dalmatian ) are best friends, now I walk his dog in the evenings so they can spent some time together ;-)

Fie 3 years (dalmatian) & Laban 10 years (terrier) - off leash chasing each other in the football field ;-)
