And its cold. Not yet freezing but 9 degrees is rather damn cold. When it gets to this time of year and the evenings are dark, I dont particularly like taking my son to footie training. The team is not a local team so I dont have time to come home and then go back down for him when it's over. Instead I tend to hang around and go for a walk in the park. If I am on my own I tend to curate steem posts on my phone. But this week my little princess was with me. The park in general was empty, being cold, I'm not surprised.  But it didn't stop Amber hugging the few small trees she could get her arms around   We decided to walk down to the old tennis courts. On the way we found this magical tree. Isn't it just wonderful???  We have not been down this end of the park since probably February and I was rather surprised to find the old tennis courts transformed into a wonderful, busy activity place. There is not even the mark on the basketball court, it so fresh and new.    I'm not sure what this game is called, but it's a mix of tennis and squash. Hehehe one quick look at the picture and I see a sign saying bullpadel. I guess that's the name of the game. The old weed ridden concrete tennis courts have been totally transformed and the new facility was really busy. On a cold evening 😁  The skate park was closed an no lights on, but I did try take a few pictures. That part has not changed much.    On that note we had to head back as the training was nearly over and it was time to get home and warm.   It's really nice to see so much work done here and now the place is buzzing with people. Next time I go, I gotta try out this bullpadel and maybe I will bring a skateboard too just for the laugh.
