The Cool Impossible | Dtube Book Review

This is my second book review on this channel! It's on another running book, as that's all I'm reading at the moment. This one is on 'The Cool Impossible' by Eric Orton. 
It was an interesting read, as I had to do a lot of my own research and see what I agree with Orton on and what I don't, but much of what he says makes sense. In particular his chapters on proper running form. I think these could be very useful to any runners out there.

I feel like he let himself down with the chapter on diet. Maybe he felt the book needed some more content, but I believe he could have ended it before this chapter and it would have still been a big success. I talk more about this in the video, above.
Do you have any book suggestions for me? I'd read anything, however I'm most interested in the fitness and health niche.
