I came across www.miningrigrentals.com and decided to try out their service.
I rented a DAGGER-HASHIMOTO(S) MINING 10G for $548
I connected to us1.ethermine.org:4444 using my ETH address as a worker.
After several hour, it became clear that renting a mining rig is not profitable in the least.
