# THE STORY OF OUR ARMY
PeakMonsters ARMY is divided into 7 battalions "GUILDS" ... so far it's a rag tag group of fighters who stock up with their fighting accoutrements at peakmonsters.com

In past seasons we have grown soft and lazy because a warrior without a challenge or reason to fight is not very beneficial. We have maintained our Guild halls and farmed our DEC in our off days. For some fighters their fighting is very very passive letting robots do all their work.

Our warriors who once trained hard are now often getting fat and lazy with DEC... what to do?

We need leaders to put them into shape... get them out of the mess hall where they eat all day... and motivate them into the fields of battle... to Glory.

## A CALL FOR GENERALS
PeakMonsters army is making a call for such leaders who know the tactics of war... who have an eye on the brawl. Who can lead scared soldiers into battle to become fierce warriors.

A General doesn't have to the best with a sword or axe... they're the ones who know talent when they see it. They know strategy and know where to put people. They can manage the fight, economics, the training and build up the camps. But most of all they know how to lead people and they know how to communicate.
- They know where to put their troops in war.
- They can recruit
- They can keep their troops happy and healthy
- They train up the weak links to make them stronger instead of giving up on them.
- They can allot resources from command to promising fighters.
- While at the same time putting their best soldiers in the spots that give them the best chance to produce their best results.
- They can meet with other generals to request of high-command (PeakMonsters HQ) what services they may need for their soldiers.
- They can keep in good standing with their troops. (aka they won't be voted out by their troops)

So do you have what it takes to be one of the 6 Generals?
*(One spot already taken)*

# WHAT OUR ARMY HAS TO OFFER THE GENERALS AND THEIR TROOPS

**WORK ALREADY DONE**
- We have spent the MONEY on Guild Halls that can fit 20-30 fighters. Present day cost ranges $880-$10,880
- We have spent the TIME on Lodges to earn our warriors extra DEC to feed their families ranging 7-20% boost on DEC. We have procured deals at the local shops for discounts ranging 4-10% off. This represents 550+ expeditions(scrolls) that a group of 20 may take 30+ days to procure at the very least and for some lodges many many months to reach the highest heights.

**STIPEND OF DEC**
- We also will give an allotment of DEC each month to all our guilds so they can use for rentals or upgrading their buildings. This will be given to the General to use in the best way they see it being split up. Between Rentals and buildings.
- We are thinking of starting at 10k but perhaps go up to 50k DEC a month depending on the size of the army.
- If the General gets the guild to chip in more toward building we will increase our proportion DEC given as well.

**EARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEIR TROOPS**
- Beyond the DEC they earn to be under your command and the savings they gain in the store... there is more.
- Coming soon the fight gets real and the ability to earn lots of SPS will commence for everyone in the battle.
- Also guilds will start building BARRACKS and STORES that earn them...
- In the barracks you and your troops will earn merits and train gladiators which though locked to the individual fighters are indeed worth cold hard DEC and will get you more chance to earn SPS in battle.

**EARNING OPPORTUNITY FOR THE GENERAL**
- Generals want to win the spoils of war and if a worthy General is leading the soldiers they're guaranteed to win even more.
- Maybe the general can determine if their skills are worthy of payment. Part of being a general is handling finances as well. - Does the General impose a tax for their services... that's up to them and their troops.
- With SPS coming into play this will be the FIRST time a guild may actually be profitable. Also don't forget Merits can indirectly translate into earnings as well because gladiators can be burned for DEC.
- If the General is in it for the glory and the service of his troops that is fine with us... if he wants to make an economic plan to level up buildings faster that is fine with us... if they want to use earnings to bring in mercenaries (rentals) that is fine with us... if he wants to make sure both he and his troops are compensated with a unique plan that is fine with us. If you want to tax only the non-brawlers to help support the brawlers that's fine with us.

# THE RULES OF HIGH COMMAND
**RULE 1 - High Command**
- Generals report to and are assigned by Commander-in-Chief @Jarvie head of the PeakMonsters Army.
- High command will have no say over who is in each battalion aka "guild" or how generals manage the battles aka "brawls".
- High command will have no say who you make officers to help you.
- High command will determine your stipend of DEC and may increase it if we like your economic plan.
- However if you break our simple rules you may be replaced.

**RULE 2 - Use of Army Resources**
- Your soldiers are to use Army resources. That means PeakMonsters.com Market and Rentals.
- They do NOT have to be PeakMonsters users prior to joining your command but afterwards they are expected to use army resources 100% faithfully.
- You as a General are in charge of dishonorable discharges but you may give leniency to those who don't understand the rules of YOUR command (which is the rule from high command)

**RULE 3 - In good standing with your Troops.**
Aka "The mutiny rule"
- IF 55% of your troops vote to remove you... you will be replaced. The vote can be done in public or in private (aka where the general can't see but the the commander-in-chief can see the results)
- Voting should be done as follows
- Either 55% of ALL troops at time of vote start
- Or 55% of voters in a 5 day period if done in public forum
**RULE 3B - New command**
- Troops in an already populated guild will not be assigned a new General unless 50% of troops accept the new General from high-command
- Troops may of course make recommendations to high command from within their ranks.

**RULE 4 - You must fight**
This is the "no pansy rule"
- Any guild that does not have a General is fine to not battle in brawls but if you are a General of a guild we consider your guild a fighting guild... and it must fight.

**RULE 5 - Moving up the ranks**
- A level 6 Guild is a 1 star general (4 available)
- A level 7 Guild is a 2 star general (1 available)
- A level 8 Guild is a 3 star general (1 available)
- A level 9 Guild is a 4 star general (0 available)
- A level 10 Guild is a 5 star general (1 available)

- In addition to store perks, dec perks, fighting perks... Higher guilds get a larger stipend and of course have potential of more earnings from the fight.
- You may apply to take over a new command in particular if there are openings (guilds without a general... or general leaves)
- If you want to move command it is not guaranteed you'll be able to take your previous soldiers with you seeing that the other guild may already have brawling soldiers who would probably mutiny if you tried to remove them.
- You can of course use the stipend and earnings to increase your guild.

**RULE 6 - The Patriotism Rule**
- The name of your guild must reflect and respect the army you represent. "PeakMonsters" must be in there somewhere.
- But you are free to change and make the name of the guilds unique while including PeakMonsters.

**RULE 7 - How to jump ranks**

- Generals will start as 1 Star Generals

The exception is this process...
1. They are already part of a high level guild
2. They get the majority support of their guildmates
3. They do a full Splinterlands season which includes a minimum of 4 brawls to help their guild see how good of a commander they are.
4. Then their guild votes 55% if they should stay on as an official general and high-command agrees.

-----------

# FAQ
*Ask some questions... high-command will answer*.
- Generals will technically be co-leaders of the guild which role has full access to make all Splinterlands guild decisions.
- One high-command account will be leader so that ownership stays within army control. This account will likely not brawl(But may if the general allows it) but expectation is probably not and that you have 1 spot less than your level.
- Generals can bring an entire set of your friends to a guild. So yes this is a perfectly acceptable option.
- You can have an entire guild full of rented fighters... we already have one General who is doing that.
- Yes if you're already in a low level guild you may end up being removed from a guild with a new general... it's up to the general not high-command.
- Yes there will likely be guilds that are not fighting guilds and have no general for the pacifists out there. You can ask to be moved to a pacifist guild.
- Pacifist guilds can turn into fighting guilds if a new general takes command.
- Generals may want Non-brawlers in their guild because not everyone will be able to fight each week while the arena is low level... this is up to the Generals.
