IF I WAS YOU…
Is there that one food you eat and it always hit different every time? Yep! This is one of my all-time favorites. For one, it is light yet satisfying, simple yet rich in its fillings and it sure tastes yum.

I present to you, my triple deck chicken and cheese sandwich. It’s my go-to breakfast or brunch option especially when I don’t want to feel bloated and have my belly looking like I ate food for days in one sitting. LOL...

**Recipe**
Let’s dive right. You need:
1.	Bread (Sliced)
2.	Egg (Parfried)
3.	Cheese
4.	Mayonnaise
5.	Steamed Chicken (Diced)
6.	Carrot 
7.	Cabbage
8.	Green Pepper
9.	Sliced Tomatoes (Optional)
10.	Sliced Cucumber (Optional)

**Preparation Technique**
-	**For the Bread**
1.	Spread as many single slices of bread on your toaster (depending on how many it can toast at a time).
2.	Toast slightly for 2mins and remove.

-	**For the Fillings**
1.	Chop the cabbage after proper washing. Disinfect by putting it into a bowl of salt and hot water
2.	Shred the carrot after washing.
3.	Mix the carrot and cabbage with mayonnaise.

-	**For the Layering**
1.	Set the first bread as a base and put the carrot and cabbage with mayo mix.
2.	Spread a generous amount of the steamed diced chicken
3.	Put the cheese on top of that layer.
4.	Add the second slice of bread on top of it and put the parfried (partly fried) egg on top.
5.	Add the sliced tomatoes and sliced cucumber next.
6.	Spread another generous amount of the steamed diced chicken on top.
7.	Cover with the third and final slice of bread.

-	**For the Final Toasting**
1.	Put this triple deck sandwich in the toaster and leave for 5mins.
2.	Garnish with green pepper, carrot, and cabbage.

**My Final Thoughts**
