# Issues for a while

Since a few weeks, I have been having issues with Ecency acting very slow, and some features aren’t even working.

Everytime I open the app it takes a while to load, sometimes even up to 15 minutes. Then if it is up to date, my earnings are in grey. So I can’t claim them.

That is very annoying. To the point of frustration. 
I am using the most recent update, the node I use is rpc.ecency.com, which is standard.

I have a great internet connection…

So, I don’t know what I am doing wrong.

And one more thing, the boost feature for using Ecency points to boost a post isn’t working either…

In short, a lot of issues!
