A new Gridcoin wallet release candidate has entered testnet staging.
This wallet is for for testnet -ONLY-.
Do NOT build and run this as your wallet.
This is a dev release, and needs to be tested. (UNSTABLE) This is only a feature update. :D

TL;DR: Fixed a lot of Windows silent crashes. More robust PoR payments. Slight memory reduction on long running systems.
