The standard resize for images on Steemit is a bit small for some images or types of post (like a photo-centric one). For now I've been making each image a hotlink to itself, but it would be much more seamless for poster and viewer if Steemit simply expanded images resized images on-click.

Further thinking about this, it would be nice if the images were say, doubled in display size on-click. Since images' original sizes could be larger than a browser's window, it would make sense to limit the expansion size.
