Client in the Center .:. WorkerBee PH-Pool Week 227
First, I'd like to apologize for being absent for the last week or so. I've had my parents as guests at my home, and I've spent most of my time with them, leaving only a few minutes per day for online activities. They will stay an additional 10-11 days, which means that I will probably be (almost) inactive on HIVE! ๐Ÿ˜” At least, this situation inspired me to write this post... ๐Ÿ˜€

Being an entrepreneur or running a business provides a wealth of experience with various aspects... For example, I don't have very good social skills, but I learned that the most important thing is to create a **client-centric approach** to running a business... The best advertising is word of mouth, and it spreads the best when you have "happy clients"! Of course, money can solve a lot of "negative" issues, but it takes part of your potential profit... So, being kind and polite toward your customers doesn't cost too much, but can pay off immensely!

I would like to share a few observations regarding this topic that can relate to some of you... For example, these last few weeks or so, I didn't have time to sit down and create more content, but I did take some time to come to HIVE, curate content from my friends, and drop a few comments... I know that some people want to publish posts every that, for any price, which is great... But, that can be a struggle (I was doing that), and many times, because pushing that so hard, we forget the point of creating that content! Are we creating it just for the sake of the content? Or for the sake of continuing our XX post-creation streak? Or for the sake of bragging, how we are better than people who create once per week, or once per month? **Or are we creating content to ADD VALUE to others, to the platform? To raise discussion, to help others?**

**Put your readers first...** They are your "clients"... They should be the biggest reason why you are creating content... If that's not the case, why are you doing it? What's the point? To get a couple of bucks and leave? I still believe that good deeds count, and doing good is paid triple in the future... It happened to me many times, and it's happening in the present too...

I would like to share the other side of the coin in this blog... The one when the "extreme" *client-centric approach* does more harm than use...

When you are running a business, or we can maybe stay in the HIVE circles, and let's say you are running a community, a curation project, or anything else where there are MORE people involved... You have additional curators, admins, moderators, etc, but still, you are the "main one in charge", you have the most responsibility for the initiative/project... As for everything said, you try to stay *client-centric*, as it is IMPORTANT to make that community a pleasant place, that app user-friendly, or your curation diversified, and that's fine... But... There is a trap...

Keeping the narrow focus on clients could distract you from nurturing your team! To show them appreciation for the work they are doing! It doesn't have to be in the form of a higher salary, but it can be in the form of nice words about their work, checking out their state of mind, offering a helping hand, even if they didn't ask for it... I made a mistake and lost some great people who were a big part of my life because of this...

**Clients are important, but your fellow teammates are more important than anything!**

Let's see the WorkerBee Pool numbers for this week...

**This week, we have mined 92 BEE tokens in total!!! 15 tokens less than last time. ๐Ÿ˜”**

We got a new delegator this week! Let's send a warm welcome to @cryptoreforma! Welcome to the WORKERBEE PH-Pool! We got new delegations from old members, too! Thanks guys! Appreciate your support!

> **This POOL doesn't have fees, and you get up to 20% MORE by delegating to it!**

**What about the bonus tokens?**

Last week, I distributed some LEN tokens as a bonus reward, and this week I will give away some **CTPSB tokens**! What's the thing that these tokens have in common? Both are running under the @liotes umbrella after the acquisition of the CTPSB token, and both are relatively stable and indexed in HIVE, as they have mechanisms to help with that... In the case of the CTPSB token, it is directly backed up by the HivePower that is held on that account... As the HP grows, the token value slowly grows too...

> **There will be distributed 2 CTPSB tokens to the delegators of the pool as a bonus reward today!**

</center>

As always, in the end, let's give the exact numbers for this week... 92 BEE tokens and 2 CTPSB tokens will be distributed as a bonus... The APR (without the bonus) was **6.405%**, and when we added the bonus, it went up to **7.615%**!

*I have calculated the ROI approximately with medium prices for all tokens when creating this post... So, those numbers are valid if you bought WB and sold BEE tokens at the middle HiveEngine price...*

> *Do you want to sponsor the PH-Pool with your tokens, receive a short SPONSORED segment in this post, and raise awareness about your front-end or dApp? Please let me know in the comment section, or contact me through Discord or Twitter, and we will find the best solution for both parties...*

> **If you want to join the WorkerBee PH-Pool, the only thing that you have to do is to STAKE tokens to YOUR account and DELEGATE your staked WORKERBEE tokens to THIS account (@ph1102)! Every week, you will get your portion of mined BEE tokens and BONUS rewards!**

> **.:. DO NOT STAKE TOKENS TO MY ACCOUNT!!! Just DELEGATE! .:.**
