I have written more than once about the importance of taking a break... Well, I had today that kind of day... Spent the almost whole day with my dear friends, walking in nature and talking about wellbeing and how to make our lives better and healthier...

It's important to plug-off yourself from crazy "online world" and go outside of your 4 walls with your friends... and just disconnect... When you come back home to work, you will see how some ideas coming from "nowhere" that you didn't think about them ever! That is the power of Mother Nature and fresh air!

I wanted to make today creative pushups, but I have finished again with on my stairs... When I came back home late in the evening...

Oh, yes... I have almost forgotten... I have something for you, @bradleyarrow! I know that you like flamingos, so here you are... They were very far from us, but believe me, they are on the photo back in the distance... :)
