I've been focusing some time on cleaning the house and purging. There's far to much junk and clutter. I also hope finally rent the little apartment we made in the basement.  Its got its own little private kitchen and bathroom.  And a very large bedroom, im hoping to bring in a little bit of extra money each month and get caught up on some of the debt I've accumulated over the last few years.  Anyways wish me luck!
