Thanks for the idea! I tried that and it didn't work. But I uploaded the video on YouTube to get helpful advice and I learned that I could start it up and while it's starting turn it off again. Do that 2 times and the recovery started automatically! ;) 

I tried to restore to earlier but didn't work still. But at least I am now one step closer since I now have access to the CMD and Task Manager from recovery screen. And can if I want create a bootable USB.. But I'm gonna try to get in first so I can save my files haha.
