Guto represents the People's Party of Canada in Saskatoon. The PPC is a new conservative party with some innovative ideas about renegotiating interest rates with the world Bank, as well as increased public opinion polls.

This new party has a lot of excited people involved seeking to make a change in the world. Their committed vision may be actually blinding them to see JE looking them in the face, eh, what do I know, I am some Canadian living in an igloo.
