I love eating <a href="http://www.bitlanders.com/blogs/going-bananas/4253947">Banana</a> Fritters (Maruya in Filipino, Sinapot in Bicol) but I hate frying.

We have plenty of banana trees at my hometown. If mom and sisters are not around I just eat the ripe ones without cooking and give the rest to pigs and neighbors. Haha!

My mom and my younger sister love to cook and sell "maruya" but me...??? I am a lazy cook and selling foods is not my cup of tea! Dad loves cooking but didn't like selling too. So, pigs and neigbors are lucky when mom and sister are out. (^_^)
