When we are in a relationship with someone, it can have its ups & downs, regardless of how healthy it is. While there's a sense of union when we find the right person to share our lives with, it can have its challenges as we express our own individuality...

Here, I go out of my comfort zone (almost didn't publish this!) & talk a little about my own ... while the majority of this video was recorded over a month ago when I was in an uncertain time in my relationship, I share different aspects of behaviors as well as thought patterns when going through it....

This is Part 1 of a 2 parter series - I am in NO way a relationship expert, but wanted to share my own experience in hopes it will help someone out there gain a different perspective of their own....
