Week 2 #healthchallenge is to introduce healthy dessert.This is a great inspiration by @sweetsssj and @healthsquared #coachben which is to make other steemians to be healthier and better lifestyles. 这一期的#healthchallenge 主题是制作健康甜品，均衡营养的饮食习惯才能拥有健康的生活，非常谢谢 @sweetsssj 和 @healthsquared 设计的健康系列活动 。 In order to prepare a simple healthy desert for my family, I open up my fridge, and choose two ingredients that most household would have too, which is yogurt and fruits. In the fridge, there is a tub of greek style yogurt (bought from singapore), the difference compared with the ordinary yogurt is that it is less fat, sugar and calorie yet the taste is better and creamier. Also there is a pack of organic blueberry bought from Singapore, and organic mangoes brought from my home town which is home grown by my parents. Ingredients are simple, the making is even more simple, even my kid can do it, you just need a clean container, and mix both yogurt and fresh fruits. And here is my healthy desert. In addition my suggestion, is to add grains or nuts like peanut, walnut, cashew nut, sesame, chia seed, or even keep it freeze to make it frogurt, this desert can be prepared in all kind and taste great.   Ingredients: Greek style yogurt, organic blueberry and mangoes.
