The culture that permeates our lives if full of division and people who insist that we must adopt their labels that reject inclusivity. We are a people divided into factions which view the other factions as the enemy or somehow worthy of hatred. Why not just be God's people?
We, as the people of God, must rebuke any message that seeks to divide us. In Christ, we are neither Jew nor Greek, circumcised nor uncircumcised. Labels existed during the time of Christ and Paul. You can insert whatever label you want. Unless we are called the people of God, the labels of humankind will continue to divide us.  Paul adamantly rejected the labels that would divide God's people. Rather, we are all redeemed people of God. We can unite together and stand side by side and fight the injustices in this world. We can do this because we believe that we are all fearfully and wonderfully made. We can show mercy to others who are different than us because God has shown us mercy in His Son Jesus Christ/Yeshua.
