Hi my lovely Steemit friends! Today’s dlive pole combo features a flip on the pole into superman! Even if you are unfamiliar with my pole blog, you will definitely know the trick “superman” when you see it.  There are actually a few ways to get into superman, but this flip caught my eye ever since I first saw a video of it on instagram!

I first attempted this flip entry into superman a over a year ago and was nowhere near succeeding because I couldn’t even get into the starting position (using devil’s point shuffle) to begin to try! Over the last year I’ve attempted it on two other occasions, each time a little closer completing the flip. Finally, this week – I DID IT! :D I was so excited - it does require a little of courage. In order to get the momentum to swing back up the pole and flip, you have to just GO FOR IT! It’s a good feeling when you revisit the trick and you’ve somehow acquired the ability to complete it!
