Poloniex BitShares hot wallet empty

<p>Poloniex <a href="http://cryptofresh.com/u/poloniexwallet">BitShares hot wallet</a> (one used for user's deposits and withdrawals) was emptied one hour ago. That is the time when some users experienced failures when withdrawing BTS out of Poloniex. It seems that withdrawals are processed as soon as somebody deposits new funds.</p>

<p>Question is why don't they proactively refill hot wallet using funds in their <a href="http://cryptofresh.com/u/poloniexcoldstorage">cold storage</a>? There is over 290 million BTS in cold wallet.</p>
