Hello everyone 👋,

Happy hump day 😎🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. As always glad you stopped by. Hopefully you have had or are having a great day💯. I am definitely grateful for this day and as it draws to a close, it's time to take a peek into how my stepping went and also share some of the trending stories I came across. Come on, let's get it done 💨.
So as usual I had two major walks just like yesterday, starting off with the fast paced brisk walk around the neighbourhood. Then I was back indoors for the usual household chores and a little bit of resting. The afternoon saw me walk to the city centre for a few errands. A cloudy rainy day as I made my way around. The rain has been on and off the whole day.
As always I squeezed in my usual nap before the evening set in. Then it was time for the slow paced evening walk enjoying the cool evening breeze🍃. Meanwhile in between the day I had been watching the trending stories on the news and also a little bit of crypto/twitter. let's dive into that next
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going. Today was world Diabetes day; people urged to get tested as diabetes can go unnoticed with devastating consequences in the longrun.
Globally, Gaza still trending in the news. Today Israeli forces raided the Al shifa hospital where thousands of Palestinians are taking shelter. Israeli forces are searching the hospital complex but have not found any Israeli captives. They had surrounded the hospital for several days. According to Gaza health ministry the death toll has hit 11,423😭.
The Israeli military claims it's forces found a Hamas command center in the Al shifa hospital🙀. They added that technological assets and extensive intelligence information has been recovered from that hospital. 
However in a quick rejoinder, Hamas have denied using Al shifa or any other hospital as a command base. They have also condemned the US for giving Israel the green light to raid Al shifa hospital.
Across the pond in the US, the white house has denied Hamas claims saying Israel is acting independently in carrying out hospital raids🙀.
Finally, US president Biden and Chinese president Xi Jingping are meeting in San Francisco to discuss relations between the two countries which deteriorated earlier this year.
Diplomatic relations broke down when the US accused China of sending a spy balloon across its airspace in February😹.
That visit to Taiwan by US politician Nancy Pelosi didn't make things any better😸.
Lets hope things get back to normal, we wouldn't need another war💯.
