EOS Getting Started Document need to be updated to include minimum hardware requirements

The EOS getting started document does not list the hardware requirement to start working with this document. It took me many iterarions to figure out what is the minimum starting configuration.

Minimum RAM : 8 GB
Minimum Hard Disk Memory : 32 GB.

without that i could not run "./eosio_build.sh"

This need to be mentioned in the document.
