## <u>Materials Used.</u>

A radish with normal-sized leaves.
A finely chopped onion.
3 finely chopped green chilies.
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
2 pieces of chili pepper.
1 Teaspoon of Mustard Seeds.
1/2 Teaspoon of cumin.
1 Teaspoon of sugar.
A pinch of salt to taste.
3 Tablespoon of coconut oil.


## <u>The cooking process as follows.</u>

> **First, separate the radish leaves from the radish roots. Finely chop the radish leaves. Next, peel off the outer skin of the radish root and slice it thinly.**

**Next, wash them thoroughly in salt-mixed water. Then, squeeze out the excess water and set them aside.**
