A lot of employees are entrepreneurially minded, but are scared of going into it because of an unknown future and job insecurity. This shouldn't be the case. There are so many opportunities for income earning that we're yet to grab. All we need to do is to believe in ourselves and start reinventing ourselves. </div></center>  ### STRATEGIES TO USE *** *** 1 Check your ego. 2 Focus on building your toolbox. 3 Broadly assess your own skills. 4 Don’t rule out creating your own job.  ## IN DETAILS *** *** ### 1 Check your ego. *** What kills people slowly without them knowing is ego. A lot of people neglect job opportunities or starting business on a small scale, waiting for something big, but at the end regret their actions. No job is too small for an entrepreneurially minded fellow to make something huge out of time. All that is required is still and knowledge upgrade. Once you improve on your skills, you can spot so many opportunities and grab them, thus increasing your earnings. Wherever you find yourself, ask yourself "what can I make out of this?" when this question is answered rightly, work towards making that things a reality.  ### 2 Focus on building your toolbox. *** There is nothing as good and beneficial as being the master and an expertise of many skills. You cannot have a lot of skills and be stranded, in fact, you'll be too valuable to be ignored. Just develop your skills, learn more and master more. If you can master the skills of selling and driving sales professionally, can manage resources and humans professionally, and can manage finances professionally too, you can never be ignored in any industry. In fact, to with these, you're well capable of starting your own business. Sharpening yous skills is just too beneficial. Know what you do to its very climax.  ### 3 Broadly assess your own skills. *** Another valid point to reinvent yourself is to assess your own skills. What made you get your first job? What are your making a living from? What are you passionate doing? Why are people preferring you to another?. Just take time to consider many of these, then look for ways to improve upon all of them. By improving upon these, you could be more preferred, more outstanding, more required and more qualified.  ### 4 Don’t rule out creating your own job. *** There are skills you have that are not seen in most jobs available. Why not create your own job with those skills? A lot of persons neglect their skills due to fear of startup and take a job that they don't have passion for. This is not supposed to be so. If you're good at something, show it forth and help solve problems for the masses awaiting such innovative. By starting up something, you could be lucky to find sponsors who would help to grow bigger. Opportunity is all around us.
