“Look, we don’t have time for this. The Boss wants this done, and she wants it done *now*. The exchange should be straightforward.”

“You really think there’s no room for error? What kind of influence would I have at the lake? How am I supposed to curry favor with those maniacs? Have you ever dealt with them? You think some weapons will be enough? Ruben damaged our organization *and theirs* in ways that we haven’t even *begun* to understand. Why should we trade six cases of rocket propelled grenades for his sorry ass? Why not just let those <a href="https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sun_Yee_On">Sun Yee On</a>  thugs kill him?”

“You’re new. I’ll cut you some slack *this* time. But you need to take those RPG’s to the lake before the deadline passes and bring back Ruben.”

“Why give the triad all those grenades? Why not just let them slit Ruben’s throat?”

“I have to spell this out for you? The Boss wants to take her time with Ruben.”

“Oh. Oh. Yeah. I can see that. I’ll get going. Should I tie him up and stuff him in the back?”

“Nah. Let him think that we’re saving him. Go. Now. Before it’s too late.”
