http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6RYjLrVTQTI I remember a pastor once said, "If you can give someone a second chance at life, why wouldn’t you?" That question stayed with me. Donating organs might seem like a big and scary thing, but at its core, it’s simply about love deep, sacrificial love. The Bible may not say the exact words “donate your organs,” but it says this in >John 15:13: “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” Giving a part of yourself, especially when you no longer need it, so someone else can live, is a powerful reflection of that kind of love. Many Christians believe our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19–20), and yes, we are called to honor them. But honoring your body doesn’t end in death it continues in how it serves others. Imagine your eyes giving someone the chance to see the world again. Your heart beating in another person’s chest, giving their family hope. That’s not just medical science. That’s ministry. That’s love in action. And I believe God smiles at such kindness.
