Greetings steemians! Firstly I'd like to thank you for stopping by to read my post and joining me on this new venture. I've been wanting to write a blog for years and whilst the demands of motherhood has limited the amount of time I have for myself, the main obstacle has been fear. Fear is something that prevents us from living the life we want. It encourages us to place limitations on ourselves and others and disconnects us from our higher selves. It makes us view ourselves as separate from one another, creating divisions where none need exist. 

My aim is to share my life experiences, connect with like minded souls, educate and learn.  In embarking on this new chapter my intention is to remove the invisible shackles that inhibit our minds and replace the defunct programmes placed in our sub-conscious during our youth. I recognise that I am still a student on this journey with infinite lessons to be learned however, my take on life and how I've dealt with various situations will resonate with others and could offer a template to combat any problems they face.

In a time when we are experiencing a global awakening, many realise that what we have been led to believe bares little or no similarity to truth. The way to empower ourselves is through knowledge of self, and re-connecting with one another on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Spend time with those you love, doing the things you love. Create the reality you want and deserve and live your life to the fullest!
