Great Minds, 
Today marks the beginning of another year and it is customary and in place for everyone to come up with a plan,  a set of ideas and goals to achieve. This is summed or code named New Year resolution. In this post, the noise and much talked about New Year resolution would be discussed and thereafter,  I shall share some advice and present common views of having a successful, prosperity and fun filled year.

THE HULLABALOO ABOUT NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS

It is common knowledge that whenever we enter a new year, the issue of new year resolution becomes almost a priority for all. A lot of people will come up with a set of goals and some 'Do nots' or To Do Lists for the year. 
Surprisingly, this lists or set goals only seem relevant for a month or two and we go back to the normal life. 
Some of these New Year resolutions come in these forms;
- This year, I  will serve God better
- I will give more time to steemit 

And so on

But you see at the end of the year when taking stocks you found out that there is no real change. This is because people misunderstand the new year resolution thing. It is different from what it is perceived. For instance;

New year is not all about changing new dates but charting new course and direction. 

New year is not about changing the calendar but it speaks volume of commitment. No matter how fantastic your resolutions are, if you are not committed to achieving them you end up in the same cycle of year in and out resolutions. 

New Year resolution requires more than just changing action but your attitude towards situations got to be modified. This is so because while your actions may be right, your attitude may ruin the whole effort. Check out your rapport with people and your reactions to issues. 

For New year resolutions to produce result it must be followed through with FAITH, FORCE and FOCUS. 

As you plan and set goals vis a vis the new year resolutions, watch out your attitude, be committed and have faith. Some situations require force to get even. Give in your last ounce and remain focused and surely you will be successful.
