Leadership is a great skill and the success of anything depends on what kind of leader you are or what kind of leader you've got. Anything that is happening in the United States of America, leaders are responsible and in case of US, the biggest leader is Donald Trump. Oh well, we all know that majority of people hate that kind of leaders.

In Pakistan, we've been going through huge energy crises. From the last week, we've experienced a massive increase in the load shedding (power outage) hours. We were deprived of electricity for 10 hours on daily basis, thanks to our leaders who are busy in corruption.  The reason that is given to the residents is that they are going through shortage of power, and frequent power outage is the only way to save energy. WTF!

Let's forget those country leaders. In any business, leadership plays a vital role in its success. But what is it? There are differences in opinions of people and they differ in defining leadership. A leader is the one who leads people by example. There are certain qualities that a leader must possess if he wants to be called or considered a good leader. Let's discuss some of those qualities today.

<h2><b># 1 - A good moral behavior:</b></h2>

One of the greatest qualities of a good leader is his good moral behavior. As you know, moral behavior is a broad term which includes honesty and loyalty too. A good leader is always honest and lets me tell you, this is something we don't see in our country leaders nowadays. They do the opposite of honesty, deceive people and make empty promises.

A good leader never makes an empty promise and he never deceives people. He is always honest. If someone puts his trust in that leader, he never shows dishonesty.  After all, you're expecting your followers to be loyal and honest with you as well, so if you're not honest yourself, fat it is to expect honesty and loyalty from someone.

<h2><b># 2 - A good communication skill:</b></h2>

You can achieve your goals only when you are able to speak them efficiently in front of your followers. Communication skill also includes your body language. Your body language shows how confident you are and it also helps you explain important stuff which you probably won't be able to do otherwise.

Whenever you want to motivate someone, you will need to do that with words. A good communicator will surely be a great leader. Discussion with your followers is the best thing that you can ever do to gain their trust and keep them loyal to you, and that's not possible without a good communication skill.

<h2><b># 3 - Inspirational & Capability to make timely important decisions:</b></h2>

When you confidently do something successfully, you inspire others by your actions and a good leader always lead by example. Your actions are important to inspire your followers. Those actions can be either in the form of a powerful speech, actual work, or sharing your past successful story.

A good leader is also a good decision maker. It essentially means that you must have a great capability of making timely decisions with accuracy. One bad decision is enough to lose the trust and loyalty of your followers.
