Buenos dias a todos, comensando nuevamente otro periodo mas o sea por ser lunes, lo concidero un periodo de vida, donde seguirmos en la lucha diaria por la subsistencia, porque bien se sabe que cada ves se va tornando mas feo todo, pero el hecho de vivir nos lleva a siempre tener algo en la mesa, lo cual hace que en esta ocacion para el almuerzo, hervi una pechuga de pollo, con condimentos varios para luego una ves que se enfrio un poco las desnenuse toda y le agregue sal a gusto y tambien un poco de aceite de oliva, la verdad muy rica.

Para acompañar dicha pechuga, lo mejor es hervir verduras varias, en este caso, remolacha, zapallo, zanahoria y batata, son las que me agradan ma, tambien las condimente con un poco de aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.
