I picked it up beautifully step by step. 💕 ... 1.First I will draw the lips and the whole body and legs of the parrot with autocard.  2.Then I will draw the eyes and tail of the parrot.  3.After drawing the parrot, I do color work with Adobe Photoshop CS5.
