All these, yet a larger percentage of adult don't seem to put their health in the top list of their priorities: we believe that health is wealth but do things blindfoldedly that jeopardize our health status.  *Here are some physical health tips I believe to improve health and lifestyle.......* **Water:** Barely enough people know that drinking water only after eating, when there's a constant cough, or to quench thirst are usual times the body itself ask for water. Water is required beyond the meal time or thirst period, our body consist of about 70% of water and at same time our body uses and lose water depending on the type of activities we are involved in. It is essential to take water every hour in the 24 hours of every day if possible, it can't be too much. Especially those of us who are creative, spending hours on a project involving mental work, sitting in front of the screen for long, talkinh for long, etc. Our brain needs more water than we actually think, it doesn't function well only with proper flow of blood. I have had significant improvements in my body just because I decided to take water as many times as I can in a day, some times I drink up to 3 liters of water in a day and none were taken because I was necessarily tasty. *Water aids digestion of food.* *Water regulates our body temperature and blood pressure.* *Enough water in the body keeps the skin fresh to avoid wrinkles (a form of skin care for ladies)* *Adequate quantity of water intake reduce fatigue and dizziness.* *Water helps with and ma tian weight loss. It helps in retaining focus and attention, can stabilize mood, manage or reduce stress.* **Rest:** Rest is one thing many of us forget to have, we are more focused on work, being productive and ticking every goal we have set: all these are good but would have been a lot better if only we rest as much as we pursue our goals. Rest is not to sleep at night only, it means giving your body time to be free from any physical or mental activity. Many of us youth who are into one niche if tech, fashion, business, etc don't see the need to sleep when we haven't hit our goals. Sleepless night is not something to brag about, take good care of yourself and body. A lot of people have been deceived online into several routines that jeopardizes their health but subtly. You can only enjoy everything you've worked for if you are in good health. You feel very tired, stressed or dizzy? Get up or leave to take a walk even if it's from parlor to kitchen: leave the work for 5-10 minutes, lay down and think about nothing. If you're scared of falling asleep, listen to a song and sing along. There are various ways to rest. The amount of rest we have is proportional to the health of some organs in our body e.g brain, heart, muscles, liver and muscles. Not taking enough rest simply means you are putting each of these organ at risk. Cells and tissues and even muscles can repair when the body is at rest. It is expedient that we take break whenever we are on any task that demand hours for completion.
