Many people are finally realizing what alot of cultures have known for thousands of years. Magic mushrooms are truly magical. From their ability to grow and repair brain cells through neurogenesis to their therapeutic value in treating PTSD, depression, and anxiety. They are a life saver for some who suffer from cluster headaches.
The new studies are pointing to the great potential of these natural wonders. A psychedelic experience from these is like nothing you could ever imagine. Although they are non-toxic, it's important to use these responsibly and research safe use.

Although magic mushrooms are illegal in many countries. People often take the risk of growing their own. In my opinion, growing your own is significantly less risky then buying them from a street dealer. People rarely get caught growing them and if they do it's often from an unrelated incident. Spores are legal to obtain almost everywhere for microscopy as they contain no active compounds.

The most commonly cultivated magic mushroom is Psilocybe cubensis as it's very easy to grow. Grains are hydrated and then sterilized using a pressure cooker. After the grains have been sterilized they are inoculated with the spores via the sterilized spore syringe. In a few weeks when the grains are fully colonized they can be mixed with a variety of other things such as vermiculite, peat, coir or straw. The mix is then placed into a plastic tote for a few days until its ready to fruit.

When it's ready to fruit, fresh air is given and pins start to form.

It's not long after the first pin forms before the first flush is forming.

After the first flush (flush is the pin to harvest cycle of mushrooms) you harvest picking the substrate clean. After that mist the substrate and wait for it to flush again. This is repeated until it stops producing.

A lot of growers harvest before the veil breaks and releases spores. Spores do not harm although they do make a mess.

After they are harvested they can be dried by setting them out on paper or putting them on a fan for a few days until all the moisture is gone.
Mushrooms are about 90% water and they need to be fully dried in order to be properly stored.

Properly dried mushrooms can last for years and one grow can produce enough to meet the needs of the average individual for a lifetime.

If your more worried about getting caught and live in the appropriate climate where a "wood lover" grow, you can simply grow them outdoors in mulch with your flowers undetected.
It's extremely difficult to pursue legal action for mushrooms growing in your yard as many active mushrooms grow naturally in people's yard.

Magic truffles can also be grown very discreetly and are extremely easy. Downside is they take months to form. They just need sterilized grain and to be inoculated with
spores no other steps needed.

They taste a little like sour walnuts.
