 *"Sandefjord is a large town in the Vestfold og Telemark part of Norway. It's from this town that this dish takes its name, nothing fancy - just says, "Sandefjord's butter."
Anyway, it looked like a good bet for a bag of salmon fillets I had in the freezer"*
