This post goes for #AmazingNature Thematic Challenge. The weekly theme was: [**November.**](https://peakd.com/hive-127788/@hive-127788/amazing-nature-contest-thematic-challenge-21121)
For me, November isnt filled so much with amazing masterpiece created by Mother Nature. But I did find some! And believe me or not, I even managed to find some blooming plants! And, of course, took the fresh pictures of growing mushrooms.

Yesterday I walked out (had some business at the post office), and on my way back I spend an hour at the local park, taking pictures and trying to nail two challenges: both 'November nature' by [Amazing Nature,](https://peakd.com/c/hive-127788) and 'Autumn bird' by [Feathered Friends.](https://peakd.com/c/hive-106444) I would love to kill three birds with one stone too, but there was no rain - otherwise, I could take pics also for this week of the #SeasonHunt challenge by @barbara-orenya. Anyway now with the communities policy it is not possible to combine challenges and post them in one blog at once... sadly. (You also may check [Part one](https://peakd.com/hive-106444/@qwerrie/smap-challenge-45) of this certain photo-walk.

So, ok. Look at the autumn pieces I witnessed. It was sunless, cloudy, cold day... No bright colors and attractive spots your eye can relax on and please you with.

Larch with yellowed foliage is one of the few trees that are still stand decorated.

Mountain ash, wild rose, hawthorn, viburnum, barberry - these plants still delight us with their berries ... they will delight the birds even more during winter, when there is much less food around. Above: Viburnum berries look very appetizing. And most importantly, they are useful and contain a lot of vitamins. Please note: the branches have already formed buds for the next spring season!

</p></div><div class="pull-right"><p>

Even in deep November, mosses feel great and turn green to the delight of photographers. This is a great backdrop for taking some macro photography (if you have such a need). Also, the moss frame will serve as a counterpoint for the red berries. It was this consideration that made me make this a simple, unprincipled shot, in which there is absolutely nothing from a photo masterpiece. But - a beautiful, vigorous green spot!
</p></div><div class="pull-right"><p>

<div class="pull-left"><p>
Rose hip. Its very expressive and sad branches, on which there are no leaves at all - only dried, shriveled berries.
</p></div><div class="pull-right"><p>

<div class="pull-left"><p>
The huge bushes of the snowberry are strewn with fleshy juicy berries, and are very photogenic ... but I think that decorativeness is their only valuable quality - as far as I know, these berries are not included in bird nutrition and have no useful properties. But it is not exactly.
</p></div><div class="pull-right"><p>

<div class="pull-left"><p>
The parade of multi-colored leaves of all colors of the rainbow has long ended, the leaves are collected in ugly black bags, or looted into heaps and wait their turn. bare black soil - this is what November looks like. If it rains a lot, it will be liquid mud. When December comes, if Santa Claus does not bring us snow, the sight will become even more sad - a black frozen crust... No, I dont like November and December... even tho it brings Christmas time with it.
</p></div><div class="pull-right"><p>

Forty days later (December 21), the day of the winter solstice is arriving to the Earth - in the Northern Hemisphere there will be the shortest day and the longest night of the year .... but currently, the daylight hours are already very short! When I left the house, on the way to the post office, it was still light, and when I came to the park, it became not, and when I started photographing seagulls, it was already quite dark ... which, of course, got reflected in the photographs. No light - no beautiful photos. But I will add them to my post anyway - since this is also part of what I observe in November ... a big, sad and essential part of what nature gives us.
</p></div><div class="pull-right"><p>
