Telegram for those that do not know is a cloud based voice over internet protocol and instant messaging app developed by the Telegram messengr LLP. 
The Telegram app is available for ios, android, windows users. And provides a wide range of functionality.
 Telegram provides

>End to End Encryption for messages 

> A telegram account that is tied to the user's telephone number and connects to all contact on users phone. 

> Uses sms authentication based security. I.e you receive a security code to login to your telegram account.

> As it is cloud based, it is accessibleon any of the users connected account.

> Has bots program that can be used by users. The Telegram bots are mostly used by cryptocurrency sellers for their airdrops and other programs.

> Has a secret chat capacity

> Stickers that would actually help to bring that emotion you want to send out to your contact or chats.

> Speaking of it, the new telegram x has a multiple account function. In other words, you can have your different telegram account logged in on one telegram application.
