I'm not going to make a huge post, this is a pretty straight forward topic. Basically using a [discord](https://discordapp.com/) server would allow for more fluid interactions. Discord is a Social Network app that is basically the lovechild of Slack and Skype and a gaming voip app like Mumble in one. It offers great administration tools (necessary for running something like a peer to peer exchange) as well as voip. 

The reason I propose Discord is because it's my go-to Social Network, I'm an admin on two other servers already so I know the basics. I dont use telegram and I dont like slack's limitations unless you are paying.
