Hey guys. Today I want to share with you what I eat in a week. I normally eat more healthier and simpler, however it was Vietnamese Tet holiday last week so it was really difficult to have a meal like usual.

Day1, Breakfast

This was the first day of Tet, so I wanted to make special breakfast. As you know making pancakes takes a lot of energy and time... and it's not totally healthy breakfast so I only eat it when it's special day such as Christmas, birthday etc. I haven't had pancakes for a long time so I was so happy to have pancakes in the morning haha. I miss Canadian maple syrup but it's so hard to get it in Vietnam... so instead I had it with my favorite raspberry jam :) Yum yum!

Day2, Dinner

The breakfast was a little bit heavy so I made simple dinner. Brown rice, fried eggs, half of avocados, garlic flakes, and a little bit of soy sauce and sesame oil. Actually this is my favorite menu of breakfast ;) It still taste so good for dinner!

Day 2, Breakfsat

Second day of Tet holiday. I did 40minuets yofa, and 1 and a half hour as soon as I woke up. I was starving after morning exercise. So I heat up to soup I made a few days ago, and made Korean style egg :) Leftovers always saving my life :)

Day 2, Dinner

I made Gyudong which is Japanese dish. I found the new Gyudong recipe which the guys said it's 99% similar to Yoshinoya's Gyudong which is one of the biggest Gyuding franchise in Japan. The secret of the recipe was Ajinomoto aka MSG. I never use MSG at my kitchen so I didn't add that one. I made brown rice and also Onsen tamago(Japanese half boiled eggs). I miss Japanese food a lot so I need to make at least once in a week or two.

Day 3, Breakfast

I remember I was pretty busy this morning so after I came back home around lunch time I just took out all the leftovers from the fridge. Japchae, Daikon soup, Korean eggs omelet, and sausage stir-fry :)

Day 3, Dinner

I made Korean spicy chicken stir-fry for dinner. And of course I added Korean ramen in it!! I cound't deny a can of beer with this meal. Isn't ending your day with delicious food with beer the best?? I made the stir-fry too much I couldn't finish it all :) Which means I have more leftovers! Yay!

How's your dining table looks like? I need to eat healthier after the holiday :D
