<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Normalmente los calistenicos estamos acostumbrados a hacer solo ejercicios del torso, pero en este post les traigo unos ejercicios de pierna que les ayudaran muchisimo para mejorar esos musculos en las piernas y tambien nos dara resistencia para poder correr, trotar, etc.</div>
