Sometimes in life, we get in such a mood when everything seems tangled. The mind feels big. The heart feels sad, and we grow tired of ourselves. At such times, we feel like running away from things and retreating to a quiet corner. But to be honest, it is just wasting time. There is a time to get out and the best way to get out is to travel, yes a journey, a short trip, a short break, a world away from the world, it changes everything. [image](https://unsplash.com/photos/man-wearing-blue-shorts-standing-on-rock-formation-while-holding-dslr-camera-in-front-of-waterfalls-lkHMCllqcNU) When we say that travel is the solution to every problem, some people laugh and say that one can travel only if one has money, but travel does not always mean big budget trips. Sometimes going to a village near your city catching a bus to a hill station or just taking a train journey is enough. The real meaning of travel is to take a break from routine, to get out of your comfort zone, and to see the world from a new perspective. The stress of life, the pain of breakups, the pressure of family expectations, etc., all these things tire a person at some point in time. We are weak and do the same things. We see the same faces, and we go to sleep with the same thoughts. The pressure of this routine sometimes always exposes us from within. But as soon as we go on a journey, everything is left behind temporarily. When we get down to a new city, we feel that we have left our pain behind in the train compartment itself. The biggest magic of travel is that it takes us away from our problems not temporarily but permanently. When you are walking on a hilly path. The wind is touching your face, and there are no people. The colors are different, so you do not forget your pain completely. You see something new at every new turn. You learn something new. Maybe that is why it is said that success is not just a place. It is visible to you. Many times people say that they are not getting the purpose of their life. They are not able to understand their passion, they are confused. I always say. Travel somewhere once. When you travel, you meet new people. You see new works. You experience new emotional feelings. Maybe you like the work of an artist in a small place so much that you feel that you also want to do the same. Maybe in the silence of a hill station, you will get that thought tea that you were not getting for so many days. [image](https://unsplash.com/photos/man-sitting-on-gang-chair-near-window-qK6HAkB91Yc) This journey is not for big decisions. Sometimes when you feel stuck in a relationship, when something is going on in your mind again and again and you cannot understand whether it is right or wrong, then even a small trip can give clarity. When we create physical distance from our problems, then emotional clarity also starts coming automatically. Travel teaches us gratitude when we see people living a simple life in a small place. When we get help from strangers. When we get back something lost without asking for it. When we realize through the honesty of an unknown person that there are still good things left in this world. This realization makes our problems seem smaller. One special thing is that traveling does not just solve our emotions. It also affects our health. When we go to a new climate, we get fresh air. We do that. Even when we are under stress, our body also gets recharged. In today's era where everyone is suffering from anxiety and depression, a small journey works like a therapy. Many times we think that we are feeling alone and no one understands us. When we meet new people while traveling and listen to their stories, we realize that everyone has problems. Someone has had a heartbreak. Someone has left their job and is traveling. Someone has set out to find their dreams. When you meet them, you get the exchange comfort that you are not alone and this comfort, this connection, this understanding gives you an emotional string. We have to learn to be patient while traveling. We get irritated when a bus is late or the hotel confuses the booking or when the food in a new place does not suit us but gradually we start to understand that there is a solution to every problem. We learn to adjust. We learn to be flexible and most importantly, instead of reacting, we learn to be responsible. Sometimes the face disappears from life. It seems that everything is useless. Every time we are sitting near a calm lake or in the middle of a forest, nature gives us a silent message that everything changes like every season comes and goes. Similarly, every problem comes and goes. One just needs to stop and see. One needs to be patient. Traveling gives you a new perspective. When you see the color of another place, their way of living, their way of thinking, their properties, then you look at your life with a new perspective. You realize that the thing that seems like a big problem to you, may not be a big problem for someone else. Don't you teach us to see our Jesus in proportion [image](https://unsplash.com/photos/person-sitting-on-cliff-during-daytime-Vc476sSsj4Y) And the most important thing about traveling is that you meet yourself when you look out of the train window, when you walk on an unknown road when you are happy among unknown people, then you meet a weight inside you that was perhaps lost in the routine. This journey is not just about a place. This journey is about within yourself. So next time when life starts to get boring, when you are suffocated by problems when you don't understand anything, when you need an answer to something, then buy a ticket and go anywhere. If not far, then nearby. If not in the city, then spend time with yourself with a new perspective. Meet new people, meet new dreams, and maybe you will come back as you that was lost. ๐[INSTAGRAM](https://www.instagram.com/its_ronihere?igsh=ZHFzMG1vM3BveXEw) ๐ฆ[X](https://x.com/Ranajoy21?t=YB5Atb6mDOcg0IroDTC0Ow&s=08) ๐[PEAKD](https://peakd.com/@ranajoy15) ๐[HIVE](https://hive.blog/@ranajoy15) ๐ฆ[INLEO](https://inleo.io/profile/ranajoy15) Posted Using [INLEO](https://inleo.io/@ranajoy15/a-journey-away-from-problems-a-step-closer-to-yourself-9z3)
