<li>I will check that @fishbaitbot upvote how many percent from its 100% voting power if 8% and if the bot which you are using is does not comment or comment but do not write how many percent he vote so use  for this go to https://steemd.com/ https://steemitimages.com/DQmTR6BZvxN7DPu1ptig31qD5BzDqG5viHfYhqP5DiCMes1/steemd.PNG.  It  show all things that who upvoted you and with how many %.

So when I check that bot upvoted 8% I go to https://www.steemnow.com. https://steemitimages.com/DQmTMU6xXbkf81aBjrWggsBEMGbpY6R3BkbAjfdXm9k6NNv/steemnow.PNG .SteemNow show the vote value of steem accounts at 1-100 percent of an account so I enter  the  account name fishbaitbot and drag the dot on 8 percent it show the value of 8% upvote which is 0.02$ value of fishbaitbot but the vote value is in $ So you half the $ for changing it in sbd because you place bid in sbd or steem  for example 0.02 $ half 0.01 sbd  so I got what that I give because I place bid of 0.01Sbd.So I think that you have understand.
