Later, if each territory has different attributes (outside of their star rating, earned $WOO, and assigned freelance wrestlers) yes, but absolutely not right now. The current cost and supply of $WOO and WOOPARTSUN land packs right now are the main reasons why they can’t be worth over $100 right now. 

There is absolutely no demand or push from the most bullish WOO players to acquire more land assets at this time as they have bought as much land as they wanted during the early parts of the land sale. The 2023 WOO Road Map had mentioned that the 2nd and 3rd territories (out of 20) should be released this year so they are saving up and making plans to purchase those instead on continuing to buy more of the 1st territory.  You’d think since the 1st territory would be accessible to less players in the future that it would be highly sought after, but someone there aren’t any live earning capabilities, there is no need to FOMO or buy more.

A fair question to ask is if the WOO Devs is if they will consider creating a tiered buying system or some kind of on going promotional process that will allow land buying to be more attractive outside of land earning passive $WOO. There may be a long wait before land can be rented to other players (and that might be deliberate as to allow more buying pressure on newer territories from new players). 

Later this week I’ll go over more ideas that will support what an 8 and 9 star land plot could be worth.
