 As a young Nigerian man who leaves in somewhere in the South . I have faced many challenges: Losing my job, Struggling financially, Dealing with a difficult neighbor some days I am overwhelmed, negative thoughts consumed me like I'll never find a job Seems "I'm a failure that will probably never be I'll never be happy." On a very faithful day, I met one of my friend @botefarm, to advised me on how to manage my thoughts as it tends to reflect my reality and some of these thoughts shape my reality he told me too always Choose positivity." I learned in the proceed about these 3 things : 1. Gratitude journaling 2. Positive affirmations 3. Mindfulness He also advised me to get a Gratitude Journal where I write my affirmation and tends to remind myself daily saying : >"Today, I'm thankful for - My health - My family - Sunshine" - I am capable and strong. - I trust myself. - I attract abundance. practicing deep breathing Inhale positivity, exhale negativity I have been applying these habits daily to my routine Worked on self-care Started a small business Practiced forgiveness It's been a slow start for me this month but am still fight thee good fight trying to recover some of the lost days behind my proposed movement on self development and blockchain activities but as we concluded the first week of October, I am still uniting with everyone in prayers, invoking God's direction, safeguard, and radiant presence on all our journey. May the rest of the month bring rich blessings and the Uptober we all are expecting, in Jesus' mighty name, Amen. to a month of rejoicing and establishment.
