For me, safe travel nowadays means train travel. I travel by train most of the time when I go home from Dhaka. It is quite comfortable for me. Last Friday, after finishing my exams, I left BUET campus for Kamalapur Railway Station to return home. When I got there, I first offered Jumu'ah prayers at the mosque there. My train was at 3 pm. I reached the station at 12 noon. That's why I offered Friday prayers at the mosque and then waited on the platform.

After finishing the prayers, I walked to the platform of the station. Meanwhile, I was very hungry, so I looked for a shop nearby. I saw some food available in a shop nearby. I bought a loaf of bread for 15 taka. To satisfy my hunger for a while.

I stood on the platform and ate the bread, took out water from the bag, and ate it to satisfy my hunger. Then I started waiting for the train. Suddenly, I met a friend from my school days. I met him after many years. I started talking to him until the train arrived. From class nine, he went to science and I went to engineering, so we didn't see each other much, we didn't talk. My friend also came to Dhaka to take a job exam.

Let's have a conversation The train started moving. Then Amru left to board the train. Our seats and coaches were different, so I left. I boarded the train, left my bag, and sat on my seat. I saw a brother of the same age sitting on the seat next to me. I sat on the seat and got to know the brother. He was also going to our Kumarkhali. Our train left at 3:23.

I was writing the post on my phone, so I didn't talk to my brother much for a while. After finishing work, I started talking. My brother was also coming to take the exam. After going some distance, I started crossing the Padma Bridge, the biggest achievement of Bengalis. I made a video with my phone again to share it with you.

After traveling for about 2 hours, I felt like eating something. Although I don't want to eat anything on the way, I still thought of eating something. There are many things available in the train, I saw a jhalmuri vendor in front of me and he offered me jhalmuri for 20 rupees. But the brother sitting next to me paid the price. He didn't let me pay for anything. This time, the two of us ate jhalmuri together. After going quite a distance, I bought 20 rupees of nuts. Then the two of us ate that together. After finishing eating, the brother bought singara from the train again and we ate that together. Before getting down, I bought cucumber again.

It took us about five and a half hours to reach the station. Finally, we got off the train at around 7:34 pm. Then I said goodbye to my brother and headed towards my house. I didn't know my brother before, I met him on the train, but I still feel so familiar. In fact, sometimes on the journey, such relationships are formed that remain in the pages of memory. My train travel story ends here. Everyone stay well and healthy. See you again with a new post of mine.
