We are failing, but we can always improve and avoid failing again
Hi steemians,

With the recent @magicdice exit scam and how other responsible projects like @moonsteem are ending up their business I'm currently wondering if we have failed to build the conditions for abundance and prosperity or maybe we are just waiting to see which project will be the savior on our steem life.
I saw how many #dapps started and were born, many were crafted very carefully and others just followed and the #dapps boom started. I would say that maybe @actifit and @steemmonsters (now @splinterlands) started, there are other projects like @busy.org itself. In any case I really liked what @magicdice created but then after a while I started to see how many were just trying to get profit from it, again many other gambling sites were born and most of their users thought they had a right to profit in any case: delegating, playing or just being part of it by promoting or supporting (affiliate profit or upvoting their posts).
Being part of a project is very good but it is also important to be actively in their efforts to create a better community by participating supporting the project and its members back and not just taking everything they can away from them. I've seen how many people just try to join projects and they just get them to support them but not really helping sustain the community efforts and long term growth.
In fact I believe that being part of every project and community but not really outperforming in any is not good. I'm currently in the process of focusing my steemit related activities to the areas that I like the most, that would be exercise like @exhaust, @actifit, trading through steem-engine.com and charting and sharing those posts here that were also created in tradingview and also some other posts like thoughts regarding the community.
So my goal for now will be just to focus on getting into trading and possibly do the best on this part. I'm currently selling some @steemmonsters cards so I can get some funds back and also reduce my playing time there as doing daily quests and improving leagues to earn more cards every season consumes valuable time. I will probably do same in @drugwars but I believe most of the players have left as well, I'm just not really into gaming any more.
